Shannon Horstman, PA-C

Shannon Horstman, PA-C, is from Clarksville, TN. She attended Austin Peay State University where she majored in Biology with a minor in Pre-Professional Health. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Shannon has experience in Emergency Medicine, OB/GYN, and Primary Care for pediatrics and adults. Her top priority as a Family Medicine provider is to ensure each patient receives the best, evidence-based medical care for the management of acute and chronic conditions.

Glenda Atkins, is a certified family nurse practitioner. She originally attended Austin Peay State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1998. After working in the hospital setting for several years, she received her Master of Science in Nursing Practice in 2010. She received her board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Glenda enjoys taking care of patients of all ages and from all walks of life.
